Somaliland President and His Vision for Somalia

Somali National Movement (NOT Somaliland National Movement), an Isaq clan opposition group, didn’t take arms to break the country apart but to fight against Bare’s dictatorship. The current Somaliland President Ahmed Mohamed Siilaanyo wrote the paper on a framework for a transitional government in Somalia in March 1991. Click the link to see the full paper.
